The Urban Foundry podcast is available on all major podcast platforms. Prior to joining Colliers, Andrew held corporate real estate leadership roles at General Motors, and Zimmer Biomet. In those roles he had operational oversight of brokerage, project management, transaction management, M&A integration and strategic master planning for their global and regional portfolios of office, industrial, and special purposes properties. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Andrew previously held pivotal Finance roles at Eaton Corporation — where he acquired invaluable corporate finance, capital project underwriting, and financial reporting experience.
